SPECIALITY COFFEE RANGE

Our Speciality coffees are high-scoring, premium lots, often auctioned at strong prices. Any coffee scoring 80+ points is classified as Speciality grade.
These coffees play a vital role in supporting growers worldwide, enabling reinvestment into farms, infrastructure, and sustainable practices.

We work with over 60 raw coffees from origins across the world. Each is carefully:
- Sampled and tested
- Expertly roasted by hand
- Professionally cupped and evaluated
Only once we are completely satisfied do we package and ship the coffee for you to enjoy.
Single Origin coffees come from one specific farm, region, or country, offering flavour profiles directly linked to their terroir. They are most often enjoyed black, allowing the natural characteristics to shine.

DECAFFEINATED COFFEE
All the flavour, without the caffeine.
We offer premium water processed Mexican decaffeinated coffee.
Water Processed (Swiss Water Method)
Beans are soaked in hot water to remove caffeine and flavour compounds.
The caffeine is filtered out, while the flavour-saturated water is reused to gently remove caffeine from further batches, without flavour loss.
A smooth, satisfying cup, just without the caffeine.
BLENDED COFFEES
Balance, consistency, and craftsmanship.
Blends combine two or more origins to create a harmonious, consistent flavour profile. By layering bright notes, mid-palate body, and sweet foundations, blends deliver approachability and depth, deal for everyday drinking and milk-based coffees.
